How to Uninstall

Please follow the steps below.
  1. Start Control Panel (use the start menu on Windows 10, 7, or use the right side 'charms' on Windows 8.x when viewing the desktop)
  2. If viewing by Category, locate and click on Programs - Uninstall a program. If viewing by Large or Small Icons, click on Programs and Features.
  3. Locate the software you want to uninstall in the list, right click on it and select Uninstall from the popup menu or click on Uninstall at the top of the list.
  4. Follow the directions in the uninstaller.

Optional: Uninstalling WinPcap (installed by NetScanTools Pro, NetScanTools Pro DEMO and NetScanTools LE ONLY)

WinPcap and Npcap are Ethernet packet drivers used to capture and send packets from network interfaces. They are open source software and are found at WinPcap.org and Nmap.org/npcap. Npcap is used by Wireshark (www.wireshark.org). Npcap is from the NMAP project (www.nmap.org), Be sure that you do not uninstall WinPcap or Npcap if they are required by other software.
